Ollie Oil is our first-press Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil which we produced using a blend of Morruda, Sevillenca, and Arbequina olives. We grow and hand-pick the olives on our farm in the Baix Ebro region of Catalonia before processing them in our local village using a traditional cold-press method to produce a Smooth Golden Oil.
